Baron Bigod

Baron Bigod Cheese on slate

Baron Bigod is the only Brie de Meaux style cheese made in the UK. Jonny Crickmore of Fen Farm near Bungay in Suffolk told Talking of Food how it came about.

Fen Farm is known for its production of raw milk from which Baron Bigod is made in the true tradition of Brie de Meaux. They also make an award winning cultured butter as well as Skyr.
