In this interview, recorded in mid-February, Reza talks to Mark Dodson, the owner and chef of the Mason's Arms in North Devon. As well as his general perspectives on the problems that the food and hospitality industry has been facing, he also explains why he hasn't taken the route of selling meal boxes on-line.
