Once again it’s all change. It’s now apparently dangerous not to eat fat when just yesterday it did terrible things to your heart and cholesterol levels…
The so-called experts who warned us about eating butter and cheese have been been superceded by another group of experts who say it’s good to eat butter. Within the space of a year the same experts have flip-flopped three times about the benefits and dangers of the poor old egg. As of this week it’s apparently OK to eat three of them per millennium.
The only experts worth listening to are your own body and Granny who said “Have what you fancy, but in moderation.” Stop buying books by C list celebrities and non-entities telling us how to diet. The only beneficiaries of these books are the writers and publishers who grow fat on our gullibility.
